IN PARTNERSHIP with Simon Fraser University and the Centre for Sustainable Communities,Hecate Strait Employment Development Society will be offering the following courses that complete a non-credit certification in Community Economic Development in Prince Rupert. There are $1000 bursaries available to help offset costs, if received, through funding from Coast Capital Savings and VanCity Community Foundation.
